Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off (Atlanta Only)
For our Atlanta customers, we offer local pick-up and drop-off for added convenience:
- Local Pick-Up: Available by appointment. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pick-up details.
- Local Drop-Off: Delivery within the Atlanta area is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@charlieeexotica.com for arrangements.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
International Shipping
- International orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard international carriers.
- Estimated delivery time: 12-15 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Charlie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
